CanAir Nitrogen was founded by Guy Comeau in the early part of the 2010’s.  The idea was born out of his vision and insight into the large demand for N2 in the Grande Prairie Peace Country and North East British Columbia areas.  The plan was put into motion with the purchase of the plant components from Universal Industrial Gases in 2011. Plant construction began in 2012 and was completed in the fall of 2013.

 

CanAir hit the ground running in September of 2013 and moved its first load of N2 on September 11th.  It wasn’t long before CanAir hit the 50,000,000 SCM sold mark achieving this milestone in July of 2014. 

 

To extend its service line CanAir then started construction on 7 - E70 King storage vessels and took delivery of the first unit in Dec 2014. As the company grows CanAir plans on continuing to assist all frac and pumping companies with unsurpassed customer service.
